We are currently looking for a bright, dynamic Sales Designer with a professional and considerate approach to sales, to add to our exciting team in our Dorset Franchise. Based in Bournemouth, you will be working in customers’ homes advising and consulting with them as they make their choice on the beautiful, quality Plantation Shutters we design and install. So an eye for design is a real bonus in this position although full training will be given.
You will have a busy schedule working to appointment. These appointments will be made for you and your calendar updated by our team, although an ability and desire to increase your own leads would be a bonus and enable you to progress far within the company.
Who we are looking for
As a Just Shutters member of staff, you represent us and our much loved and respected brand as you visit people’s homes. It is therefore essential that you are well presented and confident in your approach, while remaining considerate of our customers and their homes. We are NOT a hard sales company. We excel at building relationships and with our expert approach and range of quality products, we sell because we are different and the best at what we do.
You should be approachable, work well as part of a team but ultimately driven by your own goals and abilities. You should also have a clean driving license.
Experience in a design, building, high end sales or a creative background is a bonus but not a must. Additionally skills in design or DIY would also be useful. It is however much more important to us that you are the right person to represent our brand as our training package will provide the necessary skills.
